Neil Loomis, Wine and Beverage Director for Fine Dining Restaurant Group, became a Sommelier in 2006. Having started his time with Fine Dining in 2001 as bar manager at Rendezvous Bistro, Neil quickly made his way, replacing owner Gavin Fine as wine buyer in 2003. In 2008 he assumed his current position, overseeing all wine and beverage services for the company. In this role, Neil spends a great amount of time in and out of the wine shop and restaurant at Bin22. Known as the Dr. Of All Things Liquid, he has continued his vintner education traveling to California, Oregon, Washington, Italy, France, Spain, Chile, Argentina and New Zealand, even working a harvest for two New Zealand wineries picking grapes and working in the winery itself. Neil brings a great deal of passion, knowledge and dedication to his Wine Director position at Bin22.
Originally from Poland, Bin22 manager Iwona Cherry was initially drawn to Jackson Hole in 2008 by the appeal of living in the Wild West. Once here, Iwona embraced the true Jackson lifestyle - full of outdoor pursuits and experiences. Cherry started her career as a teacher, but after seven years teaching decided to make the transition to a career in hospitality. Once she decided to pursue her passion in hospitality, Iwona worked a variety of positions, eventually becoming a restaurant manager. Over a decade later, she joined the Fine Dining family as manager of the former Rendezvous Bistro in 2018. Iwona’s passion for and knowledge of wine brought her to Bin22, where she oversees the expansive bottle shop, various wine consultation programs and restaurant.
After receiving his first bottle of scotch on his 26th birthday, Curtis Williams found what has since become a lifelong passion - learning every facet of the whiskey world and its history. But Curtis’ knowledge doesn’t begin and end with whiskey. His education extends into wine and spirits, driving continued exploration and distinguished certifications. Curtis is originally from Washington, but made Jackson Hole home upon moving to the valley as a teenager. Before joining Fine Dining Restaurant Group in 2017, he spent time working in and managing bottle shops and as a tasting room attendant for Wyoming Whiskey. When he isn’t sharing his knowledge in the Bin22 shop, Curtis can be found pursuing his two other passions - barbecuing and astronomy.
