But Curtis’ knowledge doesn’t begin and end with whiskey. His education extends into wine and spirits, driving continued exploration and distinguished certifications. Curtis is originally from Washington, but made Jackson Hole home upon moving to the valley as a teenager. Before joining Fine Dining Restaurant Group in 2017, he spent time working in and managing bottle shops and as a tasting room attendant for Wyoming Whiskey.
